Ordering and Return Policies
Our staff and sales consultants are willing to assist in any capacity to ensure the rock size you choose fits your application prior to shipping. However at times things just don’t work as you expected them! We have all been there. Fake Rock Camo offers a 30 day return policy! That being said we will gladly assist with your return transaction. All items ship free freight to the customer so return freight will be the responsibility of the customer.
Motor Freight Shipments
All Large Rocks will ship via Motor Freight due to size not weight. Typical models include 103, 104, 114 and 123. Our choice carriers are versed in home deliveries. Scheduled deliveries will be required with a phone call prior to delivery. Please include your phone number to schedule delivery instructions with.
Parcel Shipments
Fedex Ground is our carrier of choice for all parcel deliveries. All smaller model rocks will typically ship Fedex via residential delivery. Tracking information will be provide with all orders for verifying progress of the product to your destination.
